Tokyo, Japan – May 30, 2025 — FURA Investment Holdings, in partnership with HMD Asia, has officially launched the FURA Hospitality Fund in Tokyo, marking a new era of ethical luxury investment in Asia. The fund focuses on high-end hospitality projects under the Shinta Mani brand, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley—renowned for his sustainable, purpose-driven designs.

Launched during the official visit of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, the event underscored Cambodia’s growing role in global investment conversations. Titled “FURA x Shinta Mani: Investing in Iconic Hospitality with Purpose, the showcase highlighted Cambodia’s commitment to design-led, socially responsible development.

“This is not about chasing trends, but about investing in timeless, globally admired hospitality experiences rooted in sustainability and purpose,” said Mr. Hiro, CEO of FURA Japan.

The event featured traditional Khmer drumming, brand showcases, and presentations on Cambodia’s tourism potential and HMD Asia’s portfolio. Mr. Sokoun Chanpreda, founder of HMD Asia, invited attendees to experience Cambodia firsthand, highlighting its creativity, culture, and hospitality.

With 65 attendees including representatives from 14 public companies, 15 investment firms, and 24 individual investors, the event reflected strong interest from Japan’s investment community.

Through this fund, Japanese investors gain access to curated global assets—starting with iconic Cambodian properties—supported by government backing and visionary design leadership. FURA positions itself as a platform for legacy investments that merge performance with purpose.
